Whitney Gray, 22, of Independence, MO passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016.

A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Speaks Suburban Chapel 18020 E. 39th Street, Independence, MO, 64055.

Whitney was born on February 26, 1994 in Iowa City, IA to Sean and Christy Gray. She was known for being strong-willed but she also had a very big heart and always wanted to help. She loved kids, especially her own 2 sons, and was a great mommy. Whitney will be remembered by her sons Junior Gray and Bentley Rooks; father Sean Gray and wife Connie; mother Christy Gray; her love Brett Rooks; siblings Wendy Longden, Heather Fiske, Jamie Riordan, Dylan Gray, Keaton Gray; grandparents Tom Gray and wife Melanie, Ennis Rice and wife Debbie, Robert Carris and wife Maxine; and many, many other family members and friends.
