Miguel A. Morales Quintero, 86, of Independence, MO has passed on November 17, 2019. A graveside service will take place at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 21, at Oark Ridge Memory Gardens, with military honors rendered. Miguel was born September 29, 1933 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was a Korean War Retired Veteran with 34 years of service for the U.S Army as an Engineer and just as many years serving the people of San Juan, Puerto Rico as a Logistics Support Supervisor for the government. He is now in Heaven with his wife of 60 years, Digna M. Estien, who had passed in November 4, 2012. Survived by his 3 children, Junior, Luis, and Dimarie. Siblings Jose Luis "Joe" Villegas, Carmen Julia Villegas, and Nixa Morales. Loved by many, including his grandsons Elvis Manuel "Tao", Christian Velez-Morales, his Great-Grandkids Isabella, Joziah, Christian Jr, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
